  • Is the initial inspection or diagnosis fee waived if I get the repair done here?

    Yes, we waive the diagnostic fee if you choose to repair the car with us.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your repair work and parts?

    Yes, we offer a one-year unlimited mile warranty from the day the repair was completed.

  • How long will it take to complete the repair or service?

    We try our best to diagnose and repair the car within the same day. But this greatly depends what time you drop off your vehicle and on parts availability.


  • Do you provide a detailed breakdown of the repair estimate?

    Before we start to repair or service your car you will receive a detailed estimate of the repair cost.

    So there will be no surprises.


    If we find other parts that need to be replaced during the repair process, we certainly will inform you of that.


    No one likes surprises . Neither do we.


  • Can you prioritize the repairs if I have a tight budget?

    Yes, we can make recommendations and prioritize if you need to split up repairs.

  • What types of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa , Master card, American Express and Cash payments

  • Do you use genuine OEM parts or aftermarket parts?

    For most repair we use OEM brands which supply the car manufacturers. Most parts we do not buy from dealers but rather from a large aftermarket supply network.


    For example, we use brands like Bosch, Textar, ZF, Denso and Akebono which are original parts suppliers for your vehicle. We believe in quality.


  • Do you offer a shuttle service or loaner vehicles while my car is in the shop?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off services or loaner vehicles.


    We recommend using Uber or Lift

  • Can I schedule an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

    We ask all our customers to make appointments. If you have an emergency, you certainly can tow your vehicle to us.

  • Do you provide a written report of the work performed, including parts replaced and services rendered?

    Yes, you will receive a written detailed invoice at the end of your visit.
